A Garden for You..
Plantzy is for the plants and the organisms that benefit from them, and that includes you! How might you benefit from a Plantzy garden? We want to make sure that you have a garden that you will enjoy for many years to come.
What to expect:
- First, Book a Consultation and include a brief description of the work that you may like us to do.
- Consultation:
- I (Zak) will come assess the current landscape and answer any questions you may have and provide helpful advice.
- Learn about your desires for the space and make suggestions for a beautiful addition or transformation for your yard.
- Quote you a design cost for the potential project discussed.
- Inquire what your budget is.
- All projects or phases of a project have a $5,000 minimum
- The client pays $150 for up to an hour and a half of consultation time.
- If there is any additional time beyond the first hour and a half, it is $75 per hour.
- Designing & Estimating:
- We will put our thought and creativity into dreaming up something for your space, and create a design for the proposed installation to scale.
- We will also estimate the cost of installing the project in a detailed way.
- This estimate has a total $ amount that is not to be exceeded for the work described.
- Design Review Meeting:
- A copy of the design will be brought to the client’s property.
- It will be discussed in person to help the client visualize it in space.
- A copy of the estimate will be shared as well.
- The client pays the amount quoted for the design cost.
- The design cost is reimbursed as part of the full cost of the project if the client chooses to proceed.
- Potential modifications can be discussed.
- If needed, following up with a revised design/estimate may be done remotely.
- A copy of the design will be brought to the client’s property.
- Project Approval and Contract:
- The design and estimate are approved by the client either during or within one week of the design review meeting.
- A contract will be written and shared
- The client has one week to review the contract and bring up any questions or concerns.
- Depending on what concerns there may be, the contract may be revised.
- The client and I sign the contract
- A downpayment worth 1/3rd of the maximum would be paid.
- If the project is being installed in phases then 1/3rd of the maximum of the first phase will be paid.
- A downpayment worth 1/3rd of the maximum would be paid.
- Work:
- We will share anything pertinent with you regarding our installation plan/schedule.
- Second payment: Paid within one week of the completion of the pre-planting work, equal to 1/3rd of the maximum.
- Third payment: Paid at completion of the project
- All time, materials and plants are accounted for, the final payment reflects the actual cost not to exceed the maximum in the estimate/contract.
- We will do a walk-through with you and explain any maintenance that would be needed and determine if we may be providing any maintenance or help give guidance for maintenance that you may do.
